In order to clean acne , you can use the following treatment :

Do not use any cream .

You can be carefull about what you are eating and therefore not eat food with too much salt , fat or spices .

Do not ever use lotions containing any alcohol . Cause alcohol will block the pores , and prevent them to breathe . And this is going to give room to the formation of bacteria which are going to be mixed with sebum which will then form spots.
